The second meeting was held at Billings, MT, August 26, 1978.  Dr. Mackenzie had arranged an excellent program at the Ramada Inn which included the head of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Charles Hartman, Hal Kendall of the United Sidecar Association and scientific programs.  Dr. MacKenzie was re-elected president, Dr. Goldberg Vice President, and Dr. Eberle Secretary-Treasurer.
