The third meeting was held at the Hotel Yorktown, in York, PA.  Thirty members were present August 9, 10, & 11, 1979.  Dr. Mackenzie was again program chairman.  The president of Harley-Davidson hosted a cocktail party and provided a tour of the York H.D. plant and the Rodney C. Scott museum.  Honorary membership was given to Gary Winn of the A.M.A. and to Roger Hull of the Road Rider for their support in the development of the M.D.A.. Dave Girard was present and got the Motorcycling Allied Health Professionals off the ground.  We subsequently shared many enjoyable annual meetings with the fine members of the MAHP.  Jack Goldberg was elected President, Byron Eberle Vice-Pres., Pierre Gruibor Secy.-Treas., Marion Jordan editorial Secretary, and Gary Winn Associate Editor.
