The seventh meeting was held at the Don Q Inn at Dodgeville, WI on June 22, 23 & 24, 1983.  Dave Girard of MAHP and Jeff Davis and Arnie Gutman of the M.D.A. arranged an excellent program and another MSF course.  Dale Mc Cormack was made an honorary member in recognition of his efforts to make us safer motorcyclists.  Steven Cosgrove, D.D.S. was elected President, Joe McCloskey Vice-President, and Steve Kane, Secretary.-Treasurer.
