The ninth meeting was June 17, 1985 at the Holiday Inn, atop Afton Mountain at the end of the Skyline Drive and the beginning of the Blueridge Parkway.   Jeff Eller of the MAHP was the program chairman.  The Revco drugstore chain hosted a cocktail party and a cookout under a large Ash tree.  We had an excellent program with Lee Pratt, George Snider, Mark Calcote, Ranald Mackenzie, and James Coleman as speakers. Joe McClockey was elected president, Will Richie Vice-Pres., and Steve Kane Secy.-Treas..
